An exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a nationally recognised legal practice has arisen.

This firm is a recognised practice that provides clients with legal services nationally and due to constant expansion, they are looking for a proactive Real Estate Solicitor to be based in their Manchester office. Not only are the firm made up of approachable and experienced professionals, they are committed to providing clients with the very best advice, and in turn, deliver a service beyond expectations. This is also mirrored internally with the training and support provided.

The successful Real Estate Solicitor will handle varied development work, acquisitions/disposals, investment work, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support, as well as strategic advice. You will be working within a large and successful team, but will also work closely with partners on larger commercial property projects when required.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a genuine passion for Real Estate and show commitment to their own development.
