Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer for a new opportunity with an expanding team of a well-regarded and top tier rated private practice.

The Residential Property Department provides a high quality Conveyancing Service which is bespoke and tailored to each individual client's needs.

The role will involve managing a caseload of conveyancing matters which will include providing legal advice, assistance and representation to clients in all areas of conveyancing including: Newbuild, leasehold, freehold and Transfers of Equity.You will have the wider support of the firm's conveyancing team along the with freedom of operating independently and managing your own workload.

We are ideally looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 year's PQE in residential conveyancing, ideally with experience of acting for high net worth individuals.
