Our client is one of the fastest growing UK law firms and are a leading Legal 500 and Chambers rated firm who can offer you a promising career, working with the best in your field.

Our client is looking for a litigation solicitor (4PQE+) to join their team in Plymouth to help manage their paralegals. Whilst you're likely to have your own small caseload, it's anticipated that the majority of your time will be spent working with team leaders and other stakeholders within the DR group scoping out projects, agreeing training requirements for the team, establishing service standards and methods of quality control, providing technical supervision and development for the paralegals in your team.

If you're thinking about a move and have the relevant experience, this firm will be very keen to hear from you. They pay well, offer excellent benefits and a modern, friendly working environment.

For more information, please do not hesitate to contact Alice Hume for a confidential discussion.
