My client are a national commercial law firm who consistently rank in the L500 and Chambers guide in a number of core practice areas.


They currently have an opening for an experienced IP Litigator to join the IP team. The team have extensive experience in all IP law and they have a specialist team of IP litigators handling a range of disputes across the full IP spectrum including brand protection, product development, portfolio monitoring, patents etc. (all contentious)


The successful candidate will be an accomplished commercial litigator with specific experience within IP matters and a passion for this area of the law. You will be an ambitious lawyer who will help drive the IP team forward and therefore genuine career progression prospects are on offer here.


My client are able to offer a very competitive salary as well as a range of benefits to include generous pension, parking, gym membership etc.


This role would suit an experienced litigator who would like to relocte to the Cotswolds area or perhaps an already established lawyer in the Gloucestershire area that would like to move their career forward with a leading practice.
