Key Responsibilities.

  • Support the COO function in the UK, Europe and Middle East on Employment Law matters
  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, employee investigations, transactions (M&A predominantly), employment contract issues and reviews, dismissals and regulatory issues
  • Supporting HR in design and implementation of legally compliant HR management processes

Requires/Desired Skills.

  • A junior lawyer, ideally with 1-5 years PQE, although a different level of experience would be considered if you meet the requisite skills
  • Background in Employment Law, experience in the FS sector would be beneficial but not a requirement
  • Experience in dealing with employment matters during mergers and acquisitions would be a bonus
  • Proven track record of balancing a broad case load and a sound working knowledge of employment related matters and disputes
