This Leading International Law firm are currently looking for an outstanding junior associate (NQ-1.5 PQE) to join their exciting and expanding buy-side Derivatives team. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of work which will include negotiation, advisory and transactional elements, including:

  • Analysing and negotiating the full spectrum of derivative and trading documentation for hedge fund and other asset management clients
  • Monitoring and providing strategic advice to buy-side clients on all regulatory developments impacting the derivatives market, including EMIR, SFTR, MiFID2, BMR and BRRD.
  • Collaborating with fund lawyers on fund prospectuses, investment management agreements and other fund documentation.
  • Assisting the Banking and Project Finance departments by drafting or reviewing derivative hedging instruments for financing transactions
