A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-respected firm in Blackburn. The firm is seeking a residential conveyancer who can manage their own caseload and who can hit the ground running.

The Residential Conveyancer position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks ranging from working with a thriving property team, business development and running a residential caseload from instruction to completion. You will be dealing with sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions, equity releases and shared ownership.

The candidate will need to be a team player who is efficient and well organised and have an outgoing and pro-active work ethic to fit in with our very busy and successful team.
