Financial Litigation Solicitor - Due to the continued success of this team, our client is looking to appoint an additional newly qualified solicitor to deal with a range of financial disputes.

JOB TITLE: Financial Litigation Solicitor

SALARY: £Excellent

THE ROLE:

This is an rare opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to join a leading team within their financial services disputes department. The appointed Financial Litigation Solicitor will run their own caseload for some of the key clients that that the team currently work on behalf of. You will work on behalf of a diverse range of financial institutions including, but not limited to, some of the UK's major banks and buildings societies. This is the chance to really kick start your career at a top 50 law firm and gain invaluable experience working on a plethora of high quality work.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Financial Litigation Solicitor will have completed their training contract at another leading law firm. Ideally, they will have completed at least one seat litigation and have prior experience dealing with financial institutions. This will be seen as a district advantage, however, it is not a requirement and full training will be provided to those who are passionate about working within this area. The Financial Litigation Solicitor should have exceptional technical skills and be passionate about client care. They should be a strong communicator, whether that be in writing or face to face. Business development will form part of the role and, therefore, the Solicitor should be keen to become involved in marketing on behalf of the firm. Our client values teamwork highly and candidates should be ready to fully immerse themselves within this friendly and professional team of experts, and support other members of the team when necessary.
