An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Barrister/In-House Solicitor Advocate to join one of the region’s leading Personal Injury practices in the heart of the city. The Personal Injury department deals with a wide range of Personal Injury claims, from simple pre-litigated matters right through to Serious and Catastrophic Injury claims, and has need for an Advocate/Barrister to handle all Advocacy within the technical EL/PL department.

You will be expected to undertake all of the Advocacy across this very busy EL/PL team, and ideally you will have a minimum of 4 years' experience as an Advocate. You will cover all trials and undertake interim hearings as and when required, and also provide training and mentoring to the technical team on drafting and broader litigation issues.
