We have a new mandate to recruit an IT/Commercial Solicitor c 4 - 8 PQE+ to join a high profile in house team on a FTC basis.


This is a superb opportunity for a lawyer with a background in outsourcing/data protection/IT work, to join a highly regarded city based team with a view to handling a varied and interesting workload.

The position has been created as a result of an increase in the volume of business and work of the legal department.

The role will be business facing and will include managing a varied workload advising management and business teams

Drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, software, consultancy and services agreements

Other work will involve Data Protection/Data Security/IP matters and general commercial matters


To be considered for this role, applicants must have a background IT work gained form a leading law firm or in house legal function with excellent commercial skills. The successful candidate will be expected to take early responsibility for their own workload as a key member of a collegiate in house team
