THE FIRM:

Our client is a leading regional law firm based in the South of England with an enviable track record advising both commercial and private clients.


THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for an experienced private client lawyer to join their successful tax and estate planning department which has an outstanding reputation.

You will be involved in working across all areas of tax and estate planning dealing with complex private client tax and trusts from inheritance tax planning to laws relating to Wills.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be an ambitious private client lawyer with 5-10PQE who has a strong academic background with relevant experience gained with a top national or regional firm.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record and solid understanding of capital gains tax, stamp duties and income tax coupled with understanding of the law relating to Lasting Powers of Attorney.

You will need to demonstrate experience of managing others, with the ability to encourage, coach and develop staff members.

Ideally you will be STEP qualified.
