A leading commercial focused practise in Northamptonshire is looking to recruit a highly successful junior level Employment Solicitor to join their fast expanding team. Are you keen to work with a high value respondent focused team wthin a firm with a leading leocal presence within employment and commercial matters based in Northampton?
You will ideally be experienced in a broad range of respondent matters, from general employment advice to large SME’s, PLC’s as well as some national clients. Aside from this there is also an interest in candidates with high value employee work. Alongside this there is also a key focus on emloyment support work, dealing with Merger issues, MBO's,MBI's and TUPE related issues.
You will also be dealing with matters such as settlement agreements, redundancy scenarios, employment contract drafting, and also some HR and benefits matters for larger commercial clients. You will be expected to promote the firm to existing and new clients and generally be required to assist in the general marketing of your firm.
You will ideally have exposure to leading FTSE 350 client base aswell as a wealth of exposure to SME and larger PLC as wel as high value owner managed businesses.
The role presents a great opportunity if you are a successful employment solicitor with ideally at least 1 - 3 years PQE and a desire to be actively involved in the further development of this successful department. There is some scope to bring on a strong trainee solicitor, who has a good background in the mentioned work.
