Commercial Litigation Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a national law firm in their Manchester office. This is a brilliant career opportunity for a professional looking to progress their legal career within a highly reputed firm.
Our client is a multi-office firm with this role based in Manchester. The Commercial Litigation division specialises in providing advisory services to the insurance industry and deals with complex and prominent issues. The team is made up of experts in the field and they have created a fast-paced, successful and supportive environment to work in.
The role will involve managing your own caseload of commercial disputes including contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, finance disputes, procurement disputes, IT disputes, IP litigation, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, procurement cases and insolvency litigation as well as insurance property damage. You will also assist more senior staff with cases while supporting more junior team members through their development.
The role requires PQE of 3-5 years and the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have a genuine interest in the work and a drive to progress. A solid training background with a well-established firm is desirable and you should have experience handling relevant dispute matters.
