General Commercial/Dispute Resolution

Property litigation/contentious construction and probate

PQE: 3 - 4 years

The team is said to punch well above its weight acting for individuals, SMEs and International companies handling a wide range of high value and complex disputes. . You will already have gained valuable experience at a top regional, city or international firm and now be looking for that next step in your career.

You will be involved in:

  • Working on general commercial litigation matters including IT sector disputes, professional negligence, corporate and shareholder claims.
  • Advising on the legal and practical issues around a range of disputes involving reputation for businesses or individuals, particularly with an online or cross-border component
  • Construction and engineering claims
  • Real Estate litigation
  • Advising on the legal and practical issues for professional and lay clients involved in chancery disputes including trust and probate disputes
