A highly regarded City law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Insolvency and Restructuring Practice on a 12 month FTC or on a permanent basis.
This firm is widely recognised for the excellent calibre of service and expert advice offered to their clients. The Insolvency and Restructuring team acts for a variety of stakeholders such as lenders, creditors, insolvency practitioners and directors to maximise recoveries through advising on non-contentious and restructuring matters, contentious insolvency matters and investigations, recovery litigation for lenders and advising on LPA receiverships.
In joining the team, the successful candidate will be assisting on contentious insolvency matters and it is therefore essential that applicants have a minimum of six months prior experience within the litigation or dispute resolution team of a City law firm. Those who have prior experience in contentious insolvency matters would be preferred however this is not essential.
It is necessary that all applicants have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 in the LLB or equivalent and a minimum of a Commendation in the LPC.
