Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor, London, 6 years+ PQE - An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm, located in the city.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor to join an ambitious and growing team or experts. The team advise on all areas of civil fraud litigation and asset recovery including cross boarder trust disputes, crisis management and global asset recovery. The appointed Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor will work on large scale fraud disputes and will also work on a range of interim relief applications. They will be given a significant amount of responsibility from the outset and will be given their own caseload of files. The role will include a large amount of clients contact and it is hoped that the appointed Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor will build long lasting relationships with clients and bring new business into the firm as a result of business development.


The ideal Litigation Civil Fraud Litigation Solicitor will have excellent academics and have a good grounding in litigation gained at another leading law firm. They should have proven experience working on large scale fraud disputes and have knowledge of freezing orders, disclosure orders and search and seize order. They should have an array of experience working on contentious matters for corporate clients. Due to the nature of the work involved, it is important that the Solicitor should be passionate about this area of law and committed to continuing their career within it. It will be expected that the appointed Litigation Solicitor will have had experience of all stages of the litigation process and be confident to attend trial if that situation arises. The Commercial Solicitor should have top class communication skills, have a keen attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills. It is important the Solicitor is technically astute and keeps abreast of any changes in the law or commercial market as a whole.
