Our client is a top ranked finance practice with a wide network and client base. The finance group is now looking for an experienced securitisation lawyer to join the team to cover all related matters including, structured finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to move into an award winning team.

The successful securitisation lawyer will join a fast paced environment and cover a complex case load of asset-based financings. Applicants are expected to have experience in dealing with securitisation, debt capital markets and real estate finance, and this work will be spread over multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

Candidates will have at least 6 months experience as a qualified lawyer, however, those who are more senior will still be considered or this role. It is essential that applicants have a solid academic record.

This role is suitable for a driven securitisation lawyer who is looking to join one of the more high-end finance platforms and ultimately, develop their career in the City with an international law firm.
