Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Oxford

£50,000+ DOE

1 - 3 PQE

Our client firm takes an innovative and exciting approach to the provision of legal services. Based in multiple locations nationwide, this firm is internationally recognised as a disputes expert. They have an interesting approach to the market with an enviable list of clients. They now seek a junior commercial litigation solicitor to join them in their Oxford office.

The work involves disputes in the Commercial Court, Companies Court, Chancery and Queen's Bench Divisions as well as some County Court matters. The firm's strategic approach has allowed the team to focus on complex, high-end work for a range of large and mid-sized corporate clients. Matters include international and domestic arbitration, adjudication and expert determination, with particular expertise in relation to ADR.

You will have experience of advising clients (both claimants and defendants) on a broad range of commercial disputes. You will be able to conduct your own caseload whilst supporting more senior members with their more complex work. This is an opportunity to part of a dynamic, friendly and growing team dealing with a wide variety of quality work.
