Childcare Solicitor.
A reputable Bristol law firm ranked in the Legal 500 are seeking to appoint a childcare solicitor to join their leading family team due to expansion.
This leading regional firm that demonstrates an open and progressive culture definitely stands out! They are seeking a childcare solicitor with at least two years post qualification experience to join their team comprised of truly stand out lawyers. Candidates with a Children’s Panel Membership are desirable but this isn't essential.
You will be running own caseload of Public Law children, private law children and injunction cases and will be conducting your own advocacy where appropriate. Therefore to be considered for this position you must have acted for both guardians and parents along with the experience of conducting your own advocacy in both the Magistrates and County Court.
You will be working in a collegiate team who have strong working relationships in a focussed but relaxed environment. You will have a track record of developing business and enjoy getting out in to the local community.
