An unmissable new role has arisen with a leading North East commercial firm based in the heart of Newcastle for a Defendant Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a highly reputable team. The team is well established nationally and this is a fantastic new role for an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified fee earner who is looking to really progress within a top North East firm.

This role has arisen due to expansion, so this is a great time to join the department and hit the ground running with top quality work, including multi million pound transactions. Working closely with the Head of the Department, and work very closely with them.

The Role:

The team delivers claims handling services to major UK insurers and has a national reputation for their expertise, handling the most serious and expensive catastrophic injury cases, mainly severe brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputations.

This is a unique role for a Defendant Personal Injury fee earner to work alongside the Head of Department and act as their 'right hand man'. The Partner is renowned for their expert catastrophic injury work and regularly defends clients against complex brain, spinal and fatal injury claims. The Partner is one of the leading individuals specialising in this area outside of London.

The Candidate:
The right candidate will have a significant amount of high value catastrophic injury experience as well as experience of doing complicated Special Damage calculations. Significant litigation experience is also essential for this role.

It is essential that you will have defendant PI experience.
