A fantastic new role has arisen with a strong local firm based in Brighouse for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. You will take on a broad caseload of high quality files and this role will really suit someone who is looking to take the next exciting step in their career.

Our client is a long standing regional Law Firm with an unrivalled local reputation. Lots of their business comes from repeat clients and word of mouth and they are major players on the Yorkshire Legal market. Attracting high quality work, this is a great opportunity for you to really establish yourself in this practice area.

The Role:

This is an expansion role due to an influx of work in our client's successful Residential Conveyancing department. The firm is looking to recruit someone who will hit the ground running with your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files under minimum supervision.

Your caseload will cover a broad spectrum of Residential Conveyancing files including sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold, remortgage and newbuilds.

Joining a large team, you will liaise with colleagues in our clients other offices across Yorkshire.

This is an exciting time to join the firm; due to an influx of work there will be excellent room for progression.

The Candidate:

For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Residential Conveyancing and can run your own caseload from start to completion.

The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE. However, this requirement is a rough guideline.

Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
