If you are confidently in running your own caseload, looking to escape from a volume conveyancing environment and looking for a fresh, exciting new opportunity then this could be the one for you.

Having been established just over 12 months ago our client has already developed an excellent reputation. They attract high quality work from both local and national clients. They have big ambitions for both their clients and their employees and this is certainly not a role to be missed.

The Role:

This is an exciting time to join our client's Residential Conveyancing team as they are currently growing firm and looking to become a full service private client firm by next year.

You will be handling your own caseload of high quality Residential Conveyancing files from the outset, through to completion. This will cover a broad spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold.

This role comes with excellent scope for progression.

The Candidate:

Our client is looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and be confident in handling a varied caseload. It is essential that you will have previous experience in Residential Conveyancing.

You will be a qualified Solicitor. Our client is very happy to consider applications from candidates who are newly qualified, or have a solid wealth of experience. They are happy to be very open minded, so whether you are an NQ, or have a significant amount of experience and you think you should be considered for this role, then please don't hesitate to apply.

Those with a proven team spirit are encouraged to apply as the department is proud of the friendly environment and close-knit team they have established.

Benefits:

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the chosen candidate, as well as the opportunity to thrive within a friendly, growing firm.
