Commercial Property Solicitor
If you are a commercial property solicitor that would fit well in a growing legal practice based in Liverpool that offers high quality work then this role will be an opportunity for you to seriously consider.
The firm is seeking an ambitious and responsible solicitor with the ability to work efficiently and confidently in a team, but also a solicitor who can run independent of supervision.
The firm believes their size is small enough to really have an invested care with their clients and provide personal service but large enough to offer high quality legal advice and support. They are adapting and growing and have the need to expand their team and want to do so sooner rather than later.
The successful commercial property solicitor will be responsible for handling their own case load with a strong emphasis on acquisition and disposal matters. The candidate must be able to show an ability to take on responsibility and manage and progress matters independently; have a flexible can-do attitude; a strong client focus and commitment to service delivery; and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to be able to succeed and fit into the team dynamic.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to gain more knowledge and experience and to be in an environment that will respect and nurture you as a solicitor and an individual.
If you are a Commercial Property Solicitor and feel you have the suitable skills, please apply for this job and we will contact you, alternatively, you may contact Lucy Grainger at Sacco Mann.
