If you are an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with a breadth of knowledge in the sector, and who is keen to develop your professional reputation in a forward thinking firm, we have the position for you!

An unmissable new role has arisen in the market for a Property Litigation Solicitor to be the newest recruit at an international and top tier firm based in Birmingham. The firm pride themselves on the work that they carry out for their clients and the culture they provide to their people.

You will have the benefit of working with one of the largest real estate practices in the country with a diverse range of clients from house-builders to pension funds, and taking in property companies, developers and telecoms operators along the way.

The role involves a lot of independent responsibility managing a large number of cases; working independently and in larger teams; advising on and managing all stages of the litigation process from the outset to trial, dealing directly with clients; and instructing/working alongside other professionals such as surveyors and advocates.

As a property litigator you need to have experience of and enjoy contentious litigation and an understanding of clients, and transactions, in the Real Estate sector.

You will be a team player, a good technical lawyer that is both practical and commercially minded. You must be flexible and positive and able to absorb a heavy caseload. Higher Rights qualifications is not required but would be an advantage

The team is cohesive and have little staff turnover and they are looking to have a solicitor join them that will be with the objective of longevity and who would be able to fit well within the existing team.
