CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

Our client is a long-standing, quality certified firm, based in Bolton. They are driven to ensure their team environments are strong and the firm continues to thrive and prosper. Due to their busy department, the firm is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join them and apply their talents to the role.

The Conveyancing Paralegal will be working with sales and purchases and re-mortgaging matters, must have an excellent knowledge of conveyancing and solid IT skills. You must have demonstrable capability (if not the experience) of handling a caseload of residential property transactions. An excellent standard of communication and organisational skills is crucial.

If you embrace change, plan ahead and are looking to get involved in a supportive firm with a manageable working day and a negotiable salary, this is a role you should be seriously considering.

If you are a Conveyancing Paralegal and feel you have the suitable skills, please apply for this job and we will contact you. Alternatively, you may contact James Barker at Sacco Mann.

If you would like to hear about the other legal opportunities we have available, then please visit our website or contact a member of our Private Practice Division.

*Please note our advertisements use PQE and salary levels purely as a guide. We are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
