Residential Conveyancing Manager
This role is a unique opportunity to join a successful and established legal firm in Dudley as a Residential Conveyancing Manager to work cohesively with the Director as well as more junior members of the team.
They have a particularly strong, well-liked and growing Residential Conveyancing department and are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Manager due to the continued success and development of the team.
The role is unique in that you will have a small caseload of matters to work on but a large proportion of your role will working closely with the Director to help continue to develop the team and build for further growth as well as supervise more junior members of the team so you will play a key part within the team..
With evidence of the chance to progress, suitable candidates should be self-driven and motivated and be interested in a role where you would remain long-term.
Based across a number of offices throughout the West Midlands, you will be join a firm that believe in offering a pragmatic and straight-forward service with the least amount of fuss possible.
The ideal Residential Conveyancing Manager will have at least 3 years' experience of working within Residential Conveyancing, you should also be confident and have experience of dealing with;
Transfer of Equity;
Sales & Purchase;
Deeds of variation;
Right to Buy
