A Worcester based law firm are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, legal executive or licensed Conveyancer to their existing reputable, well-liked Residential Conveyancing team in Birmingham.

They Residential Conveyancing team pride themselves on the service that their customers receive and the level of care that they provide to their clients. They are CQS accredited so technical expertise is paramount.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Paralegal. In particular, they are keen to see candidates that have 2+ years experience in a residential conveyancing role as they are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and have the technical expertise and client care skills they look for.

As part of the role, you will be working with a wide remit of matters including but not limited to;
 Right to Buy
 Lease Extensions;
 Transfer of Equity;
 Re-Mortgages;

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer who is interested in working in a reputable practice that is able to offer long term progression opportunities.
