Interim Employment Lawyer
We are noticing an increase in demand across the London Private Practice market for Employment Lawyers.
Candidates should be experienced in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters to include but not limited to: employment contracts, service agreements and policy preparation; redundancy and re-organisation; dismissal and termination; board level rights and directors' duties; disciplinary and grievance procedures; employee shareholder rights and ensuing disputes; whistleblowing claims; settlement agreements; Employment Tribunals as well as High Court employment claims.
Individuals from well-regarded City practices who are available at short notice will be of significant interest.
