An excellent opportunity has arisen which will appeal to assistant solicitor level with 0-4 years’ PQE wishing to specialise in contentious probate and private client litigation.

Previous experience in contested wills and contentious probate issues is desirable but applicants with a background in broader civil litigation or private client also welcomed to apply.

Forming part of a wider litigation team, you will support to partners on complex cases whilst also developing your own case management skills. You will be well mentored and supported in developing your technical litigation skills, negotiating expertise and also mediation skills.
