The team's workload is increasing and this is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Construction Lawyer to be involved in shaping and developing a rapidly expanding, highly motivated team in a top ranking regional practice. As such the ideal Construction Lawyer will have a thirst and enthusiasm for both individual and team development and have a creative, as well as legal mind.


You will possess a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Solicitor within this field, or equivialent in the case of a qualified Legal Executive. The successful Construction Lawyer must have relevant experience working on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects including waste, energy, public sector procurement, joint ventures and for a variety of matters covering both public and private sector clients. The successful Construction Solicitor must be capable of working on a standalone infrastructure and construction project, along with working closely with real estate partners on matters regarding development. Majority of the matters dealt with will be non- contentious with some knowledge of adjudication being preferred.
