A long established Legal firm centrally located in Brighton and Hove are seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary within their busy Conveyancing team.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of providing secretarial support ideally within a residential conveyancing department. It is essential that you must have a good grasp of the conveyancing process from start to finish in order to hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for the full range of secretarial duties for tasks such as typing correspondence, completing relevant forms, diary management and liaising with clients and other solicitors.
You must be prepared to work as part of a team as well as manage your workload efficiently and assist on files.
