Are you a real estate paralegal looking to gain experience with an international top 20 law firm?

Our client is offering a twelve month fixed term contract to an ambitious and confident real estate paralegal. The team acts on property matters for a wide range of corporate occupiers from routine management transactions to complex strategic projects.

The team is looking for a paralegal with at least twelve months’ experience in a real estate environment, a good academic track record along with the LPC.

You will be exposed to high quality clients, high quality work and you will work alongside extremely knowledgeable people. The role will include drafting and negotiating transactional documentation including surrenders, lease renewals and licenses, preparing reports, undertaking completions along with managing the post-completion aspects of the transactions.

This is a twelve month fixed term role with the ability to go permanent. In return you gain high quality experience with a highly reputable international law firm.
