Real Estate Solicitor
The role of Real Estate Solicitor has opened with a highly successful firm in Cheltenham. Our client is a reputable legal practice, with workloads that amount to the quality of city centre firms, but with the work/life balance provided in a regional setting.
The firm has an enviable client base, working with household names across a broad scope of commercial property cases. The caseload will be made up of high-level work, including but not limited to: lease negotiation and renewals; license applications; rent reviews; lease assignments and sub-lettings; acquisitions and disposals; options and promotional agreements.
The ideal Real Estate Solicitor will have around 2-3 years' PQE, though if you fall either side of this bracket but believe you meet the required criteria, please do still apply.
There is a great culture in the office and you will be supported and nurtured to progress. A competitive remuneration package, including a desirable salary will be provided for your commitment to the role.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a high ranking firm, on a par with London practices, within a delightful setting. We really like this firm as they provide the opportunity to do high quality work in a firm with genuinely nice people who have an entrepreneurial spirit. This is an incredibly exciting time for a Real Estate solicitor to be joining the firm as they are considered by many to be leading the way for the next wave of law firms.
