An experienced Family Solicitor with at least 5 years’ post qualification is sought by a well-established Legal 200 firm in Surrey.

The cases are all privately funded ranging from; financial issues resulting from a breakdown of relationship through/divorce/cohabitation dispute or civil partnership, Prenuptial, Post-nuptial and Cohabitation agreements, and private child law.

The department prides itself on dealing with matters through the Resolution Code of Conduct, and would be a benefit if you were a member. 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills, and be naturally adept at remaining under pressure. You will also be a natural at networking with a keen interest in marketing and business development for the department.
