A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Gloucester Law Firm.

This firm has a number of offices across the region and is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Commercial Property team. You will deal with a wide range of commercial property matters to include but not limited to the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, the acquisition of land for development, providing advice to landlords on the grant of leases and advising tenants on the leases.

You will organised and able to work to deadlines, managing your clients expectations throughout the process. You will work well in a team as well as alone to ensure your caseload is progressed efficiently.

My client is keen to hear from newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitors and those who have already gained some experience in this area.
