Corporate Legal Secretary - Leeds - A marvellous opportunity for a legal secretary to join a national top 50 highly successful law firm providing secretarial support to their busy corporate department.

JOB TITLE: Corporate Legal Secretary
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years experience
SALARY: Dependant on experience

This exciting and challenging opening for a dynamic Legal Secretary requires the successful applicant to provide a full secretarial and administrative service to fee earners within their very busy Corporate department. The legal secretary role requirements include proactive diary and travel management, creation and typing of documents, form completions, therefore, audio typing speeds of at least 65wpm and an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is vital. Experience of case management systems and digital dictation is also required

Applications are sought from experienced legal secretaries who have quality secretarial experience within either a corporate or commercial law team, please note - this corporate or commercial experience is essential. The successful legal secretary must be a able to work in a fast paced environment, possess exceptional file management skills with a very high level of attention to detail and be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills. You should enjoy working in a team environment and have a high level of initiative. As a successful legal secretary you will be required to have strong organisational and administrative skills.
