The Team:

The team is well resourced and handles the full spectrum of matters across the real estate sector. The team consists of six partners and over 20 qualified lawyers who will be involved heavily in training and development. The team allows for a wide range of experience as well as a recognised progression path.

The Role:

The firm is seeking a real estate lawyer looking for a wide range of responsibilities due to the vision of expanding their already successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Lawyer looking to gain a wide range of experience within the real estate sector including:-

  • Development
  • Investment
  • Property Contracts
  • Leases
  • Reports
  • Contract Negotiation
  • Commercial Property Work
  • Client Account Work

The work will be varied working with a number of high profile clients and under the mentoring of the multiple partners will gain experience and have the opportunity to progress in their career.

Known for quickly promoting internally and supporting each lawyer on their chosen path this role will suit a Lawyer who can demonstrate a high level of working.

Skills and Experience:

The candidate should have an excellent academic record achieving a 2:1 degree as well as A grade A-Levels. They should possess at least 6 months experience minimum working within a commercial property team, drafting contracts, leases, reports and negotiations of contracts. Must have excellent client relationship management and the ability to to fit in effortlessly into a team based environment. Must be constantly developing their knowledge and technical expertise to continually develop and improve within the market.
