JOB TITLE: Regulatory Associate
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
The appointed Regulatory Associate will be join a busy department handling a wide range of regulatory investigations you will handle a caseload of financial regulation matters. Advising accountants and accountancy firms during disciplinary investigations and prosecutions, as well as more general FCA / PRA issues you will take and draft witness statements, brief counsel and draft written advice to clients. This is a maternity cover role running for a minimum of 9 months, with a possible extension to 12 months.
THE REGULATORY ASSOCIATE:
With an aptitude for investigation you will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a strong background in Regulatory law. Having previously handled cases in relation to financial regulation, healthcare regulation or public and administrative law, you will demonstrate an ability to draw conclusions from in depth investigations.
