Property Litigation Solicitor Full time/Part Time: Manchester
Our client is a national commercial practice and they are looking for a solicitor to cover maternity leave which will be approximately 9 months on a Fixed Term Contract basis
The role is in the Real estate Disputes team and you will be 3PQE+ as you are covering the work of an Associate in the Manchester office so this is where you will be based, the other Real Estate Dispute team is located in London,
It will focus on working on high quality real estate disputes matters with a range of clients. The role is based in Manchester and can be done on full or part-time basis.

This role will involve working on a variety of property-related cases covering for example:
Consents to assignment, alterations, changes of use and underletting
Unopposed and opposed commercial lease renewals
Lease break options
Enfranchisement and other residential issues
Lease disclaimer, forfeiture and surrender
Trespass and unauthorised occupation
Rights of light
Development agreement-related disputes
Enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants
Joint venture disputes
RED Partners, Associates and Paralegals
Wide range of clients Experience and knowledge
At least 3 PQE
A broad range of in-depth commercial experience at a city or large regional practice
Strong technical experience in Real Estate Disputes matters
Skills and competencies
Commercially tempered, ambitious and motived
Ability to work independently and know when to seek additional support
Clear and concise communication skills
