JOB TITLE: Housing Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive
PQE REQUIRED: 1+
LOCATION: Exeter (Commutable from: Exmouth, Torquay, Newton Abbott, Taunton)
Offering a diverse range of legal services to a variety of sectors this highly regarded law firm wishes to appoint a Housing Litigation Solicitor into their offices in Exeter. The role will consist of advising on a range of dispute resolution and risk management issues on behalf of social landlord clients. You will be managing your own caseload of matters as well as assisting other partners within the team. You workload will include advising on all aspects breaches of tenancy, housing management, anti-social behaviour injunctions and claims for possession and nuisance.
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors, legal executives and experienced Paralegals with a minimum of 12 months in dealing with housing or general property litigation files. You will possess a strong academic background coupled with the drive and enthusiasm to further develop your skills and experience in this area of law. Applicants will have a passion for business development and proven advocacy.
