They utilise the experience and commercial expertise of their people to ensure deals are delivered on time and problems resolved in a straightforward and commercial manner.

Acting for governments, public bodies, major multinational, national and international corporations and contractors, the matters the Firm deal with are often highly significant and complex. As part of one of the largest teams of its kind in the world, this Firm’s people have the support they need to deliver excellence. The Northern England team (based in Manchester and Leeds) is particularly strong in the transport, energy and education sectors.

 

Key responsibilities:

Working directly with partners and senior lawyers in the team, you will receive a varied and challenging mix of disputes work. This can be a mix of both disputes and transactional work if you prefer.

You will be expected to manage some of your own caseload involving significant interface with clients and also work as part of a wider team on significant transactions and cases.

 

Skills and experience:

You will ideally be around 0 to 5 years PQE though our client would welcome applications from anyone that feels they could perform the role. In addition, you should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload.  A commitment to delivering excellent client service is essential, as is the ability to juggle the demands of a varied workload.
