Travel Litigation Fee Earner.

My client is a well know International Insurance Litigation specialist that, due to ongoing client wins and expansion plans, requires an additional fee earner for their Birmingham based defendant Travel Litigation Personal Injury team.
 
The role would be best suited for a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or experiences Fee Earner who either has pre-existing experience in handling Travel Litigation and Accidents Abroad claims, however as the work often deals with RTA disputes someone from a motor personal injury background would have suitable experience.
 
Working within a growing team comprising of a partner, an associate solicitor and support you will defend a range of claims concern accidents and injuries sustained while abroad or on holiday. Understandably anyone with Green Card or cross board disputes experience would be desirable.
