Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
A full service law firm with a strong presence in Lincolnshire are seeking applications from strong Residential Conveyancing paralegals or assistants to join their team in Newark. Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential for this role.
The firm uphold an excellent reputation within the region and are looking for a Paralegal to add additional strength and support to their extremely successful Conveyancing department. Our client have grown significantly over the past 100 years and more recently have become recognised for the array of services which they can provide to Individuals, Businesses and SME's.
-Playing a pivotal role in the team, you will take instruction on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase files.
-Taking on a client facing role, you will act as the first point of contact and update the client on the progress of their file.
-The role does involve some administrative support such as file management and archiving.
-Previous Residential Conveyancing experience is essential for this role.
-As well as an excellent technical ability you must also be able to provide a professional service at all times and be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
-You will have fantastic communication and client care skills.
-A knowledge of Proclaim case management system is preferred although not essential.
-Highly regarded full service law firm.
-Good quality work.
