My client, a commercial law firm based in Nottingham which has an outstanding reputation in the East Midlands market seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor/Associate to join its Nottingham team.
Working closely with the Employment Partner, but sitting within the broader Corporate Commercial team, the Employment Associate/Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of broad employment matters. Acting for employers and senior employees the Employment Solicitor/Associate will advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters including TUPE, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing & discrimination, and employment tribunal matters.
The Nottingham based firm has a varied existing client base ranging from large corporates to SME commercial clients, however, the successful Employment Associate/Solicitor will also be encouraged to develop their own client network through business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
To be considered, you will be a qualified Employment Solicitor who has at least 4-10 PQE. In return, you will join an established team who can offer good quality work within a forwarding thinking and dynamic law firm in Nottingham.
