A well-known and respected legal practice with offices across the North West is seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor for its Blackburn office.

The firm is looking for an ambitious and responsible Commercial Property Solicitor who will fit into its successful property department and complement the team dynamic. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload with a strong emphasis on acquisition and disposal matters. You will be working within a large and successful team but will also work closely with partners on larger real estate projects when required.

The candidate must be able to show an ability to take on responsibility and manage and progress matters independently; have a flexible can-do attitude; a strong client focus and commitment to service delivery; and the necessary drive and enthusiasm to be able to succeed and fit into the team dynamic.

Important for this role is that the candidate will be outgoing and fit in well with the current team. Our client places a focus on employee comfort and is proud of its high staff retention rate. The current team is supportive and outgoing, so finding the right personality along with the skills required for the position is key.

If you are a Commercial Property Solicitor and are interested in this role, please apply as required or contact Lucy Grainger at Sacco Mann. Alternatively, if you would like to hear about our other opportunities and offers, please visit our website or contact a member of our Private Practice Division directly.
