Are you an experienced Commercial Solicitor looking to join a forward-thinking legal practice in their Birmingham office?
Our client is a reputable firm with a growing team in the Commercial and Infrastructure Department, with multiple offices across the UK. They focus on general local authority governance work, children's services and adult social care, as well as working closely with local councils. You will be working alongside an experienced and respectable team in Birmingham, who will help you develop your career as a Commercial Solicitor.
For this role, you will be required to have had 3 years PQE or more as a Commercial Solicitor. Having previous experience of client contact and responsibility is also desirable, as you will be liaising with clients on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be providing support around local authority work, advice and investigating member conduct issues when required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, technical and communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. You will have the ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate the ability to adopt a practical and commercial approach to legal issues. A passion to learn and a positive and flexible approach to the role of a Commercial Solicitor is also essential.
