Commercial Property Solicitors
We have been instructed on a couple of fantastic new openings within a highly reputable firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking to recruit two Commercial Property Solicitors into their growing department. The team is currently really busy and has loads of good quality work flying in, meaning they are keen to recruit two others into the team. These vacancies will really suit Solicitors who are perhaps wanting to take a step down from the pressures of a large corporate firm and who are looking for a more balanced work/life ratio.
This practice has an open atmosphere and you will get the opportunity to work really closely with Partners. In addition you will get lots of client contact and really get exposure to great quality work. If you are looking for a chance to progress within a career in commercial property this role is ideal as it will allow you to take that next step up in a supportive and collegiate environment.
The team acts for clients in developing and managing Commercial Property as well as in making acquisitions and disposals. The team makes sure that all Commercial Property matters have a close partner involvement at all times, meaning you will have as much support as you require within the team.
The team advises on all aspects of freehold and leasehold issues, liaising closely with surveyors and management agents. Other areas of expertise include the preparation of leases for landlords and providing advice upon the terms of draft leases for tenants.
You will be advising a solid client base of SMEs, landlords and larger national companies on all aspects of freehold and leasehold issues.
As mentioned, the firm would like to recruit a more junior member into the team as well as someone who has a number of years' experience under their belt. Whether you are Newly Qualified or have up to 10 years PQE, then please don't hesitate to apply as the firm is happy to consider anyone who has relevant Commercial Property experience.
If you are an experienced Solicitor, a following would be preferable however this isn't essential. You will be joining a team of 10 Solicitors of varying PQE level who are a really friendly and relaxed group of people.
You will be a 'people' person and be keen to integrate into a friendly team and create relationships with clients.
