A Nottingham based law firm with a strong commercial focus has a great opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their successful team. The role will give you exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property files and you will liaise with an enviable client base.
This is a great chance for an ambitious Paralegal to work with an experienced property partner and commercial property team and move their career forward. If you feel that you want the opportunity to progress at your firm but the opportunity isn't there then this will be an ideal role for you.



The Role
-You will work alongside one of the Commercial Property partners in the team helping to progress their caseload.
-You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to sales and purchase, commercial leases, property finance and property development.
-With access to an enviable client base, you will work with SMEs who are mainly local to Nottinghamshire but also nationwide.
-The role comes with excellent scope for progression for the right candidate who can work hard and prove themselves.



The Candidate
-Our client is looking for a candidate with a breadth of experience in a similar Commercial Property role.
-You will need to have great interpersonal skills allowing you to build rapport with the firms existing clients.
-The ideal candidate for this role would have a strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable interest in this practice area.
