An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Lawyer to join a strong, mid-tier firm based in Leeds City Centre. Our client are well-established with a strong market presence and multiple offices around the Yorkshire region. They are a corporate and commercial firm that pride themselves on building long term relationships and having a very straight forward approach when it comes to their clients.
Caseload involving a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious Insolvency matters
Advising Insolvency Practitioners on all aspects of corporate insolvency law
Advising directors of distressed or insolvent companies on their legal duties and responsibilities
Handling a caseload of complex bankruptcy matters dealing with potential claims for preferences, transactions at undervalue and misfeasance actions.
This position would ideally suit an Insolvency Lawyer with between 3 and 8 years PQE, however this level has been given purely as a guide, so candidates that fall outside of this bracket, who possess the suitable skills, are still strongly encouraged to apply. This opportunity would also suit someone who is looking to make a move to a fast moving firm and deal with a high quality work load.
