A highly skilled and experienced Corporate Associate with a strong corporate background is required to join a global and respected legal firm at their offices in Manchester.

Our client is one of the largest corporate practices and they work with a broad range of clients from multinational, Global 1000, and Fortune 500 enterprises to emerging companies developing industry-leading technologies. Due to the busyness of the department, they now have an opening for a Corporate Associate to join their Manchester team.

The role of a Corporate Associate will require the candidate to have a minimum of 1 year PQE to assist with caseloads, including; mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate advice and shareholder issues. The firm offer a modern and commercial approach and are seeking a candidate who can develop effective, long-term relationships with their clients.

The firm are seeking a motivated individual who is organised and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment. It is desirable for the candidate to be a strong communicator and have a strong interest in progressing their career as a Corporate Associate and you will be given an extremely competitive salary and benefits package for your commitment to the firm.
